Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. In extreme cases, delivery may take longer, but you will always be informed about this. We send shipments by the Packeta courier service, which delivers on business days.

The price for shipping and packaging is from €1.90. For purchases over €35, shipping is free when delivered to a Packet Box. When paying on delivery, there is a surcharge of €2, which is also paid for free shipping.

We will send you the money within 14 days from the moment the package arrives. You can check whether the package is with us with the tracking number on the Packety website, or with the courier company you sent the package to us with.

After shipping, we will send you an email with a tracking code for your shipment, which you can track. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS in the morning with the estimated delivery time and the courier will contact you. In the case of delivery to a collection point, you will receive an SMS/notification in the Packeta application.
