Exchange and return

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return items, items must be unworn and unwashed. (Bodysuits, underwear and nylons cannot be returned/exchanged for hygiene reasons)

To return an order, simply click the "REQUEST A RETURN" button in your Mamke account (log in with the same email as in the order) and follow the instructions. We will then send you a Packeta code with which you can return the order for free at any Packeta branch. After returning the goods to our warehouse, we will check the goods and then refund your money. We will inform you about the entire return process by email.

When returning goods, you can choose whether we will refund the same amount as in the order to your account, or €7 more, in the form of a credit for your next purchase. (So if you are returning a T-shirt for €20, for example, you can choose whether we will refund €20 to your account, or €27 in the form of a credit for your next purchase.)

*When returning goods from a 2+1 free or 1+1 free order, you must also return the piece that was sent for free. If your order was on cash on delivery, don't forget to provide us with the IBAN where we will refund your money. When paying by card/Apple Pay, we will refund your money to the card you used to make the order.
